I purchased a Trajan 125 bandsaw from Sawblades.com. Worst customer service ever. They’ll sell you blades in a heart beat but, if you have problems with a product that they sell as I have, they don’t return your phone calls. Here’s my story in part. The saw looked to be of good quality with an all cast aluminum frame as you know. That’s the good news. After a few months of use the control board that adjust the blade speed and that turn the motor on/off burned out. After several phone calls I was able to order a replacement. Oh yeah, you have to supply the part number because the sales person at sawblades.com doesn’t have them available. The sales person has to contact the parts department via email to get the part number so they can order the part. That’s if the parts department gets back to them. I have had to replace the control broad on this saw 4 times, the blade guides once because the roller bears literally disintegrated and the brushes in the motor twice. That’s a lot to go wrong seeing I’m cutting .065-.185 tubing. Each time it has been a hassle to get the parts. I also tried contacting Trajan directly by phone several times to order parts or to get some information as to where I can order parts. They did not respond back. So I tried contacting them by email a couple of times but all I got was an error message stating to try again later. In my opinion, Trajan and Sawblades.com gets two BIG thumbs down
